Terms and Conditions

This license agreement is between you and IQ Spiral. This agreement explains your rights and conditions under which you may use HV Replication Monitor software. By using the software, you agree to all the terms described herein. If you do not accept the agreement and its terms, you may not use the software. You may contact IQ Spiral and return the software for a refund referencing that policy.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE LICENSE AGREEMENT. Any use of this software is governed by the terms and conditions as specified by the License Agreement which you have agreed to by installing this software."

USAGE RIGHTS. The software is licensed, not sold. Under this agreement, we grant you the right to use one instance of this software on a single virtual machine host. This host may be physical, or virtual (as in a nested virtual environment).

RESTRICTIONS. IQ Spiral reserves all rights (such as intellectual property rights). Under this license, you may not (i)publish, copy (except for backups), rent, lease, or lend this software (ii)transfer the software (except as permitted by this agreement) (iii)create work-arounds to technical limitation and/or restrictions in the software (iv)reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble the software, or make any attempts to do so.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS. This product's UI (User Interface) has made use of the 'Modern UI for WPF' by First Floor Software (firstfloorsoftware.com). 'Modern UI for WPF' is an open source project which has its own licensing agreement. This license agreement, in no way, supersedes that license agreement for the use of 'Modern UI for WPF'. This license agreement, provides necessary acknowledgement and makes no claim of ownership or rights that govern the use of 'Modern UI for WPF'. Specifically, your use an acceptance of this license agreement has no bearing on your freedom to make use of the 'Modern UI for WPF' framework for any purpose which is in alignment with First Floor Software's license agreement.
